The IRF8736TRPBF is a HEXFET® single N-channel Power MOSFET that is used as a field effect tube (MOSFET). It is designed to provide fully characterized avalanche voltage and current, making it perfect for use in applications such as battery protection, high side and low side load switch, Notebook processor power and isolated DC-to-DC converters.
