Description

The SG1548N is an integrated circuit used to monitor up to four positive DC supply voltages and one negative DC voltage simultaneously for overvoltage and undervoltage fault conditions. It also allows monitoring the AC line for undervoltage conditions or for generation of a line clock. The fault tolerance window is programmable from ±5% to ±40% using a simple divider network on the 2.5V reference, and the fault indication delay is set using a single external capacitor, which eliminates false outputs due to switching noise, logic transition current spikes, and short-term AC line interruptions.
