Description
This is the FDB7030, an N-Channel Logic Level MOSFET designed to improve the efficiency of DC/DC converters in both synchronous and conventional switching PWM controllers. It features faster switching and lower gate charge compared to other MOSFETs with similar RDS(ON) specifications.
