Description

EM78P156ELMJ-G is an 8-bit microprocessor designed with low-power and high-speed CMOS technology. It features a 1K*13-bits Electrical One Time Programmable Read Only Memory (OTP-ROM) and a PROTECTION bit to prevent intrusion of user's code in the OTP memory. Additionally, there are 6 OPTION bits available to meet user's requirements. With its OTP-ROM feature, the EM78P156ELMJ-G offers a convenient way of developing and verifying user's programs. It can be easily programmed using an EMC Writer.
