Description
The TL432IDBZT is an adjustable shunt voltage reference that belongs to the TL431 and TL432 series. It guarantees temperature stability across the whole range of operating temperatures. This electronic component has an extended temperature range in its automotive version – from -40°C to +125°C. It produces an output voltage range of 2.5 V to 36 V, which can be set to any value between these two limits by using two external resistors. The TL432IDBZT has a wide current range of 1 mA to 100 mA with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22 Ω.
