The AZ431LANTR-E1 is a member of the AZ431 series Integrated Circuits (ICs) - a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator used for maintaining a constant voltage in an electronic circuit. It has a wide operating range of -40 to 125°C and is suitable for use in applications such as switching power supply, charger, and other adjustable regulators. The AZ431LANTR-E1 is designed to offer thermal stability across its entire operation range, low output impedance, and low temperature coefficient making it an ideal substitute for Zener diodes.
