The IMP809-2.63V is a 3-pin microcontroller power supply supervisor circuit optimized for low-power microprocessor (µP), microcontroller (µC) and digital systems. It is an improved drop-in replacement for the Maxim MAX809/810 and features 60% lower supply current. The circuit is designed to monitor 5V, 3.3V, and 3V supplies with a minimum reset pulse width of 140ms. It has an active-low reset valid with a 1.1V supply for the IMP809 model. The IMP809-2.63V comes in a small 3-pin SOT-23 package and does not require any external components. It is specified over a full temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
