Description

The STLD11 is a robust electronic component model, specifically designed for telecom and ground fault applications. It serves as a replacement for electromechanical relays in various applications. This model features a SPST normally open switch (1 Form A). It utilizes a GaAlAs LED for actuation control and an integrated monolithic die for the switch output. The die is fabricated using high-voltage dielectrically isolated technology and consists of a photodiode array, switch control circuitry, and MOSFET switches.
