    SIP305 is a non-isolated step-up DC/DC converter specifically designed for high efficiency and excellent transient response. It comes in an industry-standard SIP package with dimensions of 2.5" x 0.55" x 0.31". With a maximum output power of 20 watts, SIP305 is suitable for applications where board space is limited and 3.3V circuit boards need to be augmented with 5V. Operating over a wide input range of 3.0 to 4.0V and a frequency of 400 kHz, the SIP305 features surface-mount construction and offers an impressive efficiency of 90%.
