Description
The LMZM23600V5SILT is an integrated-inductor power module designed for space-constrained industrial applications. It comes in two fixed output voltage options of 5V and 3.3V, and an adjustable output voltage option supporting a range of 1.2V to 15V. The power module has an input voltage range of 4V to 36V and can deliver up to 500mA of output current. It requires only two external components for both 5V and 3.3V output designs. It has optimal performance and low electromagnetic interference (EMI) , making it suitable for industrial applications with space-constrained needs. A Power-Good output provides a true indication of the system status, eliminating the need for an additional supervisory component and saving cost and board space. The LMZM23600V5SILT has seamless transition between PWM and PFM modes along with a no-load supply current of only 28 µA, ensuring high efficiency and superior transient response for the entire load current range.
