  • Description

    The DS1230Y-150+ is a nonvolatile SRAM memory device that is fully static, organized as 32,768 words by 8 bits, with a capacity of 256k bits. This component is designed to replace existing 32k x 8 static RAMs, EEPROM or Flash memory directly conforming to the popular bytewide 28-pin DIP standard. The DS1230Y-150+ is powered by a self-contained lithium energy source and control circuitry that constantly monitors VCC for an out-of-tolerance condition. It is an ideal choice for applications that require reliable and nonvolatile data storage solutions.
