Electronic Component Model: DTA123EM is a single, pre-biased BJTs product that comes with built-in biasing resistors. The built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without the need for external input resistors. This model also features thin-film resistors with complete isolation, allowing negative biasing of the input and eliminating parasitic effects. The circuit design is made easy as only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation. Additionally, complementary NPN types are available in the DTC123E series. The DTA123EM model is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
