Additionally, it has high forward transfer admittance of |Yfs| = 1.2 S (typ.) and low leakage current of IDSS = 100 μA (max) (VDS = 100 V). It operates in enhancement mode with a threshold voltage of Vth = 0.8 to 2.0 V (VDS = 10 V, ID = 1 mA).
