STB16NK65Z is a field-effect tube (MOSFET) electronic component designed by STMicroelectronics. It uses the latest high voltage MESH OVERLAY™ process to offer high-performance power MOSFETs. Its patent-pending strip layout and edge termination structure give it the lowest RDS(on) per area, exceptional avalanche and dv/dt capabilities, and efficient gate charge and switching characteristics.
