Description
The STR-W605xS series is a power IC for switching power supplies, that includes a power MOSFET and a current mode PWM controller IC. The product incorporates a startup circuit and a standby function in the controller, achieving low power consumption, low standby power, and high cost-effectiveness power supply systems with few external components.
Specifications and Features
