Description

The S-1155B18-U5T1G is a positive voltage regulator with super low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and low current consumption. It is developed based on CMOS technology and provides small dropout voltage and large output current. The regulator has built-in features such as overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown circuit, rush current control circuit, and power on/off circuit. It is available in a small package, SOT-89-5, and is a lead-free product.
