Brief Description
The SS411A is a member of the SS400 series position sensors, which are hall effect digital sensors. These sensors have a thermally balanced integrated circuit over the full temperature range, with an optimized negative compensation slope to match the negative temperature coefficient of lower cost magnets. They are available in bipolar, latching, and unipolar magnetics.
With band gap regulation, the SS400 sensors provide extremely stable operation over a 3.8 to 30 VDC supply voltage range. They have a digital current sinking output and are capable of a continuous 20 mA sinking output, with a maximum cycling capability of 50 mA.
