The FM1608B-PG is a 64-kilobit nonvolatile memory employing an advanced ferroelectric process. It operates as a ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM), providing data retention for 38 years without the need for a battery. Compared to battery-backed SRAM (BBSRAM), the FM1608B-PG offers superior reliability, faster write timing, and higher write endurance.
