Description
The R1223N252A-TR-F is a PWM step-down DC/DC converter controller with low supply current by CMOS process. It consists of an oscillator, PWM control circuit, reference voltage unit, error amplifier, soft-start circuit, protection circuit, PWM/VFM alternative circuit, and chip enable circuit. With only four external components, this IC can easily create a low ripple, high efficiency step-down DC/DC converter.Specifications and features
