Description

The V6300ISP5B+ is a CMOS device that monitors the supply voltage of any electronic system and generates the appropriate Reset signal. With different threshold voltage options ranging from 2.0V to 4.5V, the V6300ISP5B+ ensures the good functionality of the system by activating the output when the supply voltage drops below the defined threshold. It remains active for an additional 50 ms, allowing the system to stabilize before becoming fully active.
