Description
The MAX186BEWP is a 12-bit data-acquisition system that belongs to the ADCs/DACs product category. It features an 8-channel multiplexer that can operate with a single +5V supply or dual ±5V supplies. With a high bandwidth track/hold and serial interface, this device has high conversion speed and ultra-low power consumption. This system supports unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/differential configurations with software-configurable analog inputs. The 4-wire serial interface connects directly to SPI, QSPI™ and MICROWIRE® devices without external logic. The MAX186BEWP uses either its internal clock or an external serial-interface clock to perform successive approximation A/D conversions.
