Description
The AMS2596M-3.3 is a two-terminal band-gap voltage reference diode, categorized under IC Chips. It features low dynamic impedance and a good temperature coefficient, operating over a 100µA to 5mA current range. The voltage reference uses only transistors and resistors, resulting in low noise and good long-term stability. It is suitable for use in portable meters, regulators, or general-purpose analog circuitry. The AMS2596M-3.3 is operational in the full industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a small space-saving SOT-23 package.
