Electronic Component Model: DTC144WUA T106 is a single, pre-biased BJTs product. It is equipped with built-in bias resistors that allow the configuration of an inverter circuit without the need for external input resistors. The bias resistors are made of thin-film resistors, providing complete isolation and eliminating almost all parasitic effects. The device design is made easy as only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation. Moreover, it enables higher mounting densities.
