Description
The AT17F16-30JU is a member of the AT17 series FPGA Configuration EEPROMs (Configurator). It is designed to provide an easy-to-use and cost-effective configuration memory for Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). The AT17F16-30JU comes in an 8-pin DIP, 20-pin PLCC, and SOIC package. It utilizes a simple serial-access procedure to configure one or more FPGA devices. With its ample memory capacity, it can configure one or multiple smaller FPGAs. Additionally, it offers the flexibility of programming a special EEPROM bit to select the polarity of the reset function. The AT17F16-30JU can be programmed using industry-standard programmers.
