Description
300V series are state-of-the-art hyperfast recovery rectifiers specifically designed for optimized performance in terms of forward voltage drop and recovery time. These rectifiers have a planar structure and are platinum-doped for improved overall performance, ruggedness, and reliability. They are primarily used in the output rectification stage of SMPS, UPS, DC-to-DC converters, as well as freewheeling diodes in low voltage inverters and chopper motor drives. The devices are known for their extremely optimized stored charge and low recovery current, which minimize switching losses and reduce dissipation in the switching element and snubbers.
