Description

The ST7687S-G4P is a driver and controller LSI designed for 65K color graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems. It features 384 segment outputs and 160 common outputs, allowing for various partial display and partial window moving & data scrolling. With a capacity of 128 x 160 x 16 = 327,680 bits, it includes an on-chip display data RAM for efficient display data read/write operations. The ST7687S-G4P supports different color modes, including 256 color mode (RGB), 4k colors (RGB), 65K colors (RGB), and 262K colors (RGB). It is compatible with 8/16-bit parallel bi-directional interface and 3-line (9-bits) or 4-line (8-bits) serial interface for easy microprocessor integration.
