Model 1V5KE200A is a TVS diode with a glass passivated junction. It has a peak pulse power capability of 1500W at 1.0 ms, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronic components from voltage spikes. This diode offers excellent clamping capability and has a low incremental surge resistance. With a fast response time of less than 1.0 ps for unidirectional and 5.0 ns for bidirectional operation, it ensures rapid protection to prevent damage. The diode has a typical reverse leakage current of less than 1.0 µA above 10V. Additionally, it is UL certified (UL #E210467), providing further assurance of its quality.
