Description
The LCDA15.TBT is a series of TVS arrays that protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage-induced transient events. Capable of handling transient events up to ±15kV (air) and ±8kV (contact) as per IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), it can also handle surge events up to 40A (5/50ns) as per IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) and lightning surges up to (8/20µs)* as per IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning). This array is designed to protect two high-speed data lines and is available in 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V operating voltages. As a bidirectional device, it can be used on lines where signal polarities are above and below ground.
