Description
The LM199AH is a precision shunt voltage reference component that belongs to the voltage references category. It has excellent temperature stability over a wide range of voltage, temperature, and operating current conditions. The active Zener on the monolithic substrate almost completely eliminates voltage changes with temperature. The subsurface Zener operates over a current range of 0.5mA to 10mA, ensuring minimal noise and excellent long-term stability.
