Description
The PCF8575DGV is an I/O expander device that provides general-purpose remote I/O expansion for most microcontroller families through the two-line bidirectional I2C-bus. It consists of a 16-bit quasi-bidirectional port and an I2C-bus interface. The device has a low current consumption and includes latched outputs with high current drive capability, which makes it suitable for directly driving LEDs.
