Description
The PCF8574ATS/3,118 is a remote I/O expansion component for general-purpose applications. It uses the two-wire bidirectional I2C-bus interface, which supports serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA) transmission protocols. With eight quasi-bidirectional ports and three hardware address inputs, this component can operate between 2.5 V and 6 V. It has an interrupt output that enables independent input or output control, and its low current consumption makes it ideal for mobile devices.
