Description
Sirenza Microdevices’ SXBP-101+ is a high efficiency InGaP/ GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC amplifier. It is housed in a low-cost, surface mountable plastic package. The amplifier is designed for use as a driver device for infrastructure equipment in the 400-2500 MHz cellular, ISM, WLL, PCS, and WCDMA applications. Its high linearity makes it an ideal choice for multi-carrier as well as digital applications.
