The GAL20V8B-15LJN is a programmable logic device (PLD) in the GAL20V8 series. It features a high performance CMOS process with Electrically Erasable (E2) floating gate technology, providing the highest speed performance available in the PLD market. With a maximum propagation delay time of 5ns and ultra-fast erase times of less than 100ms, this device offers quick and efficient reprogramming capabilities.
The GAL20V8B-15LJN has a generic architecture that allows for maximum design flexibility. The user can configure the Output Logic Macrocell (OLMC) according to their needs. It is capable of emulating various PAL architectures, providing full function, fuse map, and parametric compatibility.
