    The RP170N401B-TR-FE is a CMOS low dropout positive voltage regulator that falls under the TC55 Series. This voltage regulator is capable of sourcing up to 250mA of current. It is specifically designed for battery operated applications due to its extremely low operating current of 1.1µA, which helps extend battery life. With its low power consumption, the need for an additional shutdown mode is eliminated. Compared to bipolar regulators, the TC55 Series has a power consumption that is 1000 times lower, making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient devices.
