Description

The S-1112B25PN-L6K-TF is a positive voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and low current consumption developed based on CMOS technology. It features a built-in low on-resistance transistor that provides a low dropout voltage and large output current, and a built-in overcurrent protector to prevent the load current from exceeding the current capacitance of the output transistor. An ON/OFF circuit ensures a long battery life. This model offers a larger variety of capacitors, including small ceramic capacitors, compared to voltage regulators using conventional CMOS process. It comes in small SNT-6A(H) and SOT-23-5 packages, allowing for high-density mounting. The S-1112 Series and S-1122 Series, which differ in pin configuration, are available in SOT-23-5.
