Description

The RF1284 is a high-density mounting Electronic Component Model mainly used as an optimized main memory solution for 8-byte processor applications. It is a 64M × 72 × 2-bank Synchronous Dynamic RAM Module that comes with an assortment of other components such as PLL clock driver, register driver and serial EEPROM (2-kbit) for Presence Detect (PD).
