Description

Electronic Component Model: SL811S13 is a BiCMOS IC chip that functions as a 1/8 Unit Load, 5V, Low Power, High-Speed or Slew Rate Limited, RS-485/RS-422 Transceiver. It is designed to meet both RS-485 and RS-422 standards for balanced communication. Unlike other devices in the market, SL811S13 is specified for a 10% tolerance supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
