Description
The SN0608067C2 is an integrated circuit (IC) designed for building Voltage Controlled Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (VCTCXO) for mobile communication. It requires only two external components and offers temperature calibration with three calibration points. The trimming process is done through a serial bus, and the calibration information is stored in an internal Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM).
