Description
The SST27SF512/010/020 is a low-cost flash memory component that is manufactured using SST's proprietary SuperFlash technology. It is a Many-Time Programmable (MTP) device with an organization of 64K x8 / 128K x8 / 256K x8. This component offers superior reliability with an endurance of at least 1000 cycles and data retention for over 100 years. It operates at a voltage range of 4.5-5.5V and has low power consumption, with an active current of 20 mA (typical) and standby current of 10 µA (typical). The SST27SF512/010/020 has a fast read access time of 70 ns and a fast byte-program operation with a byte-program time of 20 µs (typical).
