Description
The Fujitsu MB3769APF-G-BND-JN-EFE1 is a pulse-width-modulation controller that uses a fixed frequency pulse modulation technique. It features a wide bandwidth Op-Amp and high-speed comparator, allowing for a very high-speed switching regulator system with a frequency range of up to 700 kHz. The output of the MB3769APF-G-BND-JN-EFE1 is suitable for power MOSFET drive due to the adoption of a totem pole output. Additionally, this controller provides a standby mode at low voltage power supply when used in a primary control system.

- Internal circuitry prohibits double pulseat dynamic current limit operation
- Under voltage lockout function (OFF to ON: 10 V Typ, ON to OFF: 8 V Typ)
- On-chip output shutdown circuit with latch function at overvoltage
- On-chip Zener diode (15 V)
- One type of package (SOP-16pin: 1 type)
