    XC3028L is an electronic component model in the IC chips category. It is designed to correct the temperature characteristics of liquid crystal, etc. by sensing the surrounding temperature and outputting it to adapt to the temperature and voltage of the temperature sensor. It is a 3-pin regulator with a positive voltage.

    XC3028L can be used as both a temperature correction device and a temperature sensor. It consists of a temperature sensor, voltage correction circuit, high-precision reference power, error correction power circuit, and a short-circuit-protected output driver. With the use of laser trimming technology, it achieves high output voltage accuracy and stability even with varying power supply voltages. Additionally, it saves power consumption through the use of CMOS technology. Depending on the application, it can be used with a power consumption of 150mW (SOT-23) or 500mW (SOT-89).
