The AME8500AEETCA27 is a member of the AME8500 family, which is a reset IC that allows the customization of the CPU reset function without the need for external components. This model offers a variety of reset voltage thresholds, reset time intervals, and output driver configurations that are preset at the factory. The voltage thresholds are tightly regulated with a tolerance of ±1.50%, ensuring precision and reliability. Additionally, it features a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a low temperature coefficient of 100ppm/oC(max). With low quiescent current of less than 3.0µA, this model is ideal for portable electronics, power supplies, computer peripherals, data acquisition systems, applications using CPUs, and consumer electronics.
