Description
NPN Silicon RF Transistor for low noise, low distortion broadband amplifiers in antenna and telecommunications systems up to 1.5 GHz at collector currents from 20 mA to 80 mA. It is also suitable for power amplifier for DECT and PCN systems. The transistor has a frequency range of 7.5 GHz and a noise figure of 1.3 dB at 900 MHz. The package is Pb-free and RoHS compliant. It is qualified according to AEC Q101. Please note that the product is sometimes referred to as BFP196WE6327.
