The PMJ8418TSR is a microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit that is designed to monitor +3V power-supply levels in +3V to +5V µP systems. It is an electronic component in the IC Chips category. This device combines multiple functions to improve system reliability and accuracy. It provides a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions, an independent watchdog output, a 1.25V threshold detector for power-fail warning or low-battery detection, and an active-low manual-reset input.
