Description
SST39VF3201-70-4C-B3KE is a high-performance Multi-Purpose Flash Plus (MPF+) memory, manufactured using SST's proprietary CMOS SuperFlash technology. It features a split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunneling injector, making it highly reliable and easier to manufacture compared to other approaches. The device is organized as 2M x16, operates with a single voltage of 2.7-3.6V, and conforms to JEDEC standard pinouts for x16 memories. It has fast sector, block, and chip erase capabilities, as well as automatic write timing, and toggle bit or data polling for program operation completion. It also has on-chip hardware and software data protection mechanisms. SST39VF3201-70-4C-B3KE is compliant with RoHS standards and is available in 48-lead TSOP or 48-ball TFBGA packages.
