The ACPM-7816 is a fully matched CDMA Power amplifier module that belongs to the IC Chips category. It is designed around Agilent Technologies' Enhancement Mode pHEMT process that offers high-performance levels in a small form factor. This product is fully matched to 50 Ohms on the input and output.
