Description
The SD5000N is a monolithic array of four bidirectional, high performance analog switches that are designed to deliver superior performance. These switches are manufactured with implanted high-speed, high-voltage and low resistance double-difused MOS (DMOS) process. The device is designed to provide low propagation time and low insertion loss, making it an ideal choice for small signal applications. The maximum threshold of 2V permits simple TTL and CMOS driving, giving you the flexibility to use the device in a variety of applications.
