    The LC4064V-5TN44I is a programmable logic device (PLD) from the ispMACH 4000 family by Lattice. This family combines the best features of Lattice's ispLSI® 2000 and ispMACH 4A architectures, resulting in a high-performance and low-power CPLD solution. The LC4064V-5TN44I offers a maximum operating frequency of 400MHz and a propagation delay of 2.5ns. It has up to four global clock pins with programmable clock polarity control, and up to 80 PTs per output. With enhanced macrocells and wide input gating, it provides ease of design for various applications. The LC4064V-5TN44I is available in different temperature ranges, making it suitable for commercial, industrial, and extended temperature environments. It supports operation with 3.3V, 2.5V, or 1.8V LVCMOS I/O and can be programmed using the IEEE 1532 compliant interface.
