Description
The MCZ33887PNB is a monolithic H-Bridge Power IC designed for closed-loop DC motor control. It features internal control logic, charge pump, gate drive, and low RDS(ON) MOSFET output circuitry. The IC is capable of controlling inductive loads with continuous DC load currents up to 5.0 A and peak current active limiting between 5.2 A and 7.8 A. With its load current feedback feature, it provides a proportional constant-current output suitable for monitoring by a microcontroller's A/D input, making it suitable for closed-loop torque/speed control and open load detection.
