Description

The MAX8860EUA33+TG069 is a low-noise, low-dropout linear regulator used in various electronic applications. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.5V and can deliver a maximum output current of 300mA. The device offers six preset output voltages, including 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.77V, 2.82V, 3V, and 3.3V, and can also be configured as an adjustable output regulator from 1.25V to 6.5V using the Dual Mode™ feature. The regulator features an internal P-channel MOSFET pass transistor, resulting in a low supply current of 120µA. It also includes protection features such as output fault-detection, short-circuit and thermal-shutdown protection, reverse battery protection, and a logic-controlled shutdown mode. The MAX8860EUA33+TG069 is available in a compact 8-pin µMAX package.
